"We recently purchased a new house and had to renovate the majority of it. We had used First Class Remodeling to renovate a bathroom and kitchen in our previous home and were so impressed with the work done that there was no question we would be using them again for this major project.
In our new home we redid the kitchen, two bathrooms, the fireplace brick work, woodwork in the office, as well as decorative touches throughout the house. Just as in our previous experience with John, we were 100% satisfied with the work done. John is an utmost professional who actually does all the work himself which is something we did not know still existed. He gave us great advice and had such creative ideas. The extent of the work was so immense that we expected it to be very overwhelming but John was amazing in helping us. He gave us referrals to other professionals (electricians, plumbers, flooring specialist, & painters) and supervised their work, demanding the same level of perfection and professionalism that he delivers. He also gave helpful advice on what items we should spend more money on (those that would give more value to the house) and what we could save on.
John worked within our budget and his estimate would have been right on had it not been for last minute changes on our part. The work was done in a timely fashion, the quality of the workmanship was great, and he always left everything clean and orderly. We are so pleased that we used his company again. Everyone who comes to our house is amazed by just how beautiful everything came out and how different the house looks now. Our house looks like a million dollar house now and we only have John and his team to thank. We highly recommend him and are looking forward to our next renovation project!"

"John Boer's renovation of my condo was impeccable. He took a place that was in terrible condition (and I mean terrible) and he made it modern, fresh, and classic!!
He came to work on time everyday and left on time. He worked weekends when he had to. He told me the renovations would take 6 weeks, and guess wha,t they took 6 weeks, which is unheard of in the contracting world.
I owe all the beauty of my condo to John Boer. He is a professional and honest at all times, whether you like it or not.
I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a contractor with amazing work ethics. He was so amazing my neighbors solicited him for work.

"I have a 2 family home and John remodeled both kitchens & both bathrooms. He also converted and reconstructed a linen closet into a space for a stackable washer & dryer unit. We were on a budget and this was the first time we were taking on such a huge project. John really helped us every step of the way on making decisions that were both practical and affordable. Upgrading our home was important to us. His expertise and advise were also based on what would be appealing to future potential home buyers. The main kitchen was completely transformed making it more functional with ample storage and updated appliances. John really had some great ideas, he has a vision for beauty and functionality. All the cabinetry, tile work and granite are of great quality. John did all the plumbing work for both the kitchens & bathrooms.
